SHIPPING

All orders (not including pre-orders and custom pieces) take 1-3 business days to process before shipment, but we do our best to ship out asap. Orders are typically shipped via USPS priority mail which is designated 1-3 day delivery, however, it is subject to USPS timelines.
**All pre-order and custom pieces can take a few weeks for completion. If you need it by a specific date, please reach out to us via our contact form.

At this time we do not direct-ship internationally.
We suggest services such as Shipito or ShopMate (Australia) that provides you with a personal US address that you can use when checking out on our website. We will ship your product(s) to this address, and when the company receives it they will then forward it to its final destination.

SIZING

The perfect sized ring is best found by trying on the rings personally. We offer ring sizes from 5-14 including half sizes in most styles.
We created a blog post that includes 5 ways to find your ring size, that typically gets you pretty close, and if you are lucky, may give you the perfect size to order.
We offer exchanges of unworn rings within two weeks of purchase, however if you need longer, please send us a message with your request.

TUNGSTEN JEWELRY
Our jewelry from our Heritage Collection can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner.
Protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Although not common, tungsten can shatter with extreme temperature variances or strong impact.
PLATED JEWELRY
Plated jewelry can become tarnished over time and use.
It is important to remember perfumes, cosmetics, ultrasonic cleaning and household chemicals can damage jewelry.
Jewelry storage is important as well. Between wearings, we recommend that you make sure it has been wiped down from oils and is dry and that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.
